I have told you guys so many times that both these idiotic channels will not be added. Still you guys are waiting.

D2h is in a crappy channel addition spree so why not these two also at least would be better than peace of mind and sea news etc

Because both these channels pay carriage fee to all dth providers which indirectly compensate monthly package and we enjoy more channels in lesser price where as zee action and zee premier won't pay and would unnecessarily consume transponder space.

There wont be many subscribers for these channels as they air the same movie which had already telecasted on other channels.
Zee premiere was on rdtv in highest package and later removed due to low subscribers.

In airtel,Zee premiere is in ultra pack@405 which is totally useless.

This itself proves that Zee doesn't pay carriage fee for this Channel otherwise it would be in lowest Base Pack.
