No buddy. My plan is unlimited only but the speed get capped after 15 GB and it gives a very pathetic speed of 50-100 kbps after FUP limit is reached.

That's the problem...They should get rid off such conditions....Then it will be excellent...

Scrolls on business channels are at high speed, so its obvious you get the blurriness.
