So , they would come with good groundwork if they will launch news channel again ...

Yea Zee 24 Ghantalu a Telugu news channel launched on 2009 was shut down in 2012. But it's been 5 years since then things have changed and strategies have changed.

Yes at a time when old channels like Gemini News are talking of shut down due to competition new entrants have to do a lot of ground work. But the benefit that Zee has is its got deep pockets to spend and good network in in all areas except (South & North East)

Left has Kairali & ABP in Kerala and WBengal, Congress has Media One in Kerala Cong & Left together has NDTV, DMK has Sun network & Kalaingnar channels , AIADMK has Jaya Network, Akalis have PTC, BJD has Otv network and so on
