They already have license for Zee news UP/Uttarakhand which will be launched by December.
Zee News Kannada & Telugu is under process as TV9 buying is under negotiations.

Actually launching Zee news UP/Uttarakhand should be the easiest. They have a studio in Lucknow, good network of reporters in UP. Technology and other aspect are readily available.
Its like ready to go any time.
But there will be a grand launch of the channel probably by the CM Yogi Adityanath

I was damn sure that Zee must reenter in UP/UK market after Yogi Adityanath was selected as a CM, easily to promote them.

Ohh come on. It's not like that. In Marathi Zee 24tas is one of the most popular news channel and it always is critical about PM Modi & CM Phadanvis. It all depends on the Editor.
