Dishtv is downscaling the HD feed. But they are showing in 16:9 with good PQ, it looks good. I think SD feed is not available from broadcaster itself.

But both TEN GOLF and Movies Now not looks stretch unless History SD in CRT TV.

Really so what about other TEN Network I think WWE RAW and SMACKDOWN available in Full Screen sometimes in TEN SPORTS.

I think only TEN Golf is showing with 16:9 always. Rest all channels like TEN Sports & Action is showing with full screen for some programs.

the SD is shown in letter box and HD is of two types, either cinema scope or 16:9

But it would be great, if all channels will show contents in full screen just like Zee Studio. Yesterday i have seen one movie on HBO, almost the entire screen was covered with black bars. Seems like we are watching something through small window. I don't know why they are cropping this much.

I also use SD on LED. But my LED is 23 inch and wasn't bought for HD viewing. It was bought because my CRT gave up its life and I insisted my father to buy one. I don't earn so cannot do anything about it.

But cinemascope also having black bars, Guru Dutt's Kaagaz Ke Phool was the first movie in cinemascope.
