ZEEL to launch Telugu channel "Zee Cinemalu"

We are planning to launch regional HD channels Zee Marathi HD, Zee Bangla HD, and Zee Telugu HD,” a senior company official said.

Also on the cards is a Telugu movie channel Zee Cinemalu.

However, the company has not received the licence to launch the same.

“We also plan to launch a Telugu movie channel, Zee Cinemalu. We haven’t got a licence for that.

This channel has been on the cards for more than three years,” the official said. It is pertinent to note that ZEEL is launching a Marathi youth GEC named Zee Yuva on 22 August

Zee telugu is one of the most demand channel now.it has crossed gemini TV also.

I guess that's why they decides to launch movies channel. Only Zee Tamil is cold bar for them.

Now that's on expected lines, ZEE marathi is no 1 so they launched zee talkies. Bangla is in the top 3 and so they have zee Bangla Cinema. Now that Telugu is also in top position movie channel is obvious. Soon to expect a Kannada movie channel.
