I am also confused, but I don't expect my phone to get faulty within the warranty period . And till now no issues with the phone, so I am inclined more towards rooting.

Also I read somewhere that you can roll back to stock and reset some counter which shows the phone has been rooted. So getting warranty won't be a problem unless some major issues happens.

I found a procedure with CF auto root and Odin . Is it advisable?

Bro you can use this. I used and its really fast and easy. BUT before rooting I recommend you to understand all the pros and cons of rooting clearly. And also understand the procedure very clear so that you will be confident while rooting. Once you are used to it you can do it quickly. (I have done it several time now ). I also recommend use nandriod back up or titanium back up. I use titanium back up. I am comfortable with this. (Back up is need when you want to use custom ROM). And don't worry you can always come back to original Samsung rom and unroot you device.

And yes, as Nivin Bro said I am not facing any issues with the phone except that the phone goes slow due to low RAM. Can't do much multitasking with this issue.Will I be able to solve this issue after rooting? Else it will not be of any use for me.

Most probably you won't face any issues after you root and remove all bloatware

But Android Often Lags with Time.

Yeah I did unroot it and it worked fine. Only thing not working for me is to reset the counter which always shows one for me. Actually I did a lot of things with my phone recently changed lot of roms unroot it and again rooted it.
