Well I won't give CC a full marks its also upto your luck which CC you get to talk if its a newbie then your headache 10 out of 7 times CC helped me. CEO linked CC were very knowledgeable but I will give 0 to dishtv phones lines as it carries lots of disturbance during interaction rest technician visit as of now what I experienced is great.
