I forgot d2h has a restrictions on region based packages.
d2h should give two HD access pack like in south packages then

Still I have another option to return I think by making use of Ebay Claim as I bought online from them. Ineed to try that to get the refund (which is possible within 30 days). Let me try that also if it is more costly.

I don't think so, I inquire with TATA(SKY dealer he said you have to purchase north pack then you can subscribe anything

I don't want to waste my money because, soon they will increase the rate of New Platinum HD from 541 to a minimu of 650 once all upgrade due to HD Access Fee. In that case, 185/-+ 175 for 18 HD Channels = Rs.360/- in Airtel is cheap for me. [Also if Tatasky offering Re-instate Metro Pack for 6 Months at a cost of Rs..875/- HD with additional HD Access Fee of Rs.125 * 6 =750 will cost 1625 for 6 months and thus it becomes a monthly charge of 271]
