DTH is a Premium service and you have to pay more to fulfill your wishlist.

The thing is i got used to with dth so i am sure that my second connection will be dth only even though my cablewala is very friendly with me & IN cablenet having good packages/plans..

Yes. Of course.
At least 2-3 English movie channels.
1 English GEC channel.
2 sports channels is must.
Rs. 231 is not an ordinary amount for everyone. It's quite respectable for most. I'm in a very small town, where Digital cable TV is not present, else I would have opted for it.
