Mobile also work on charging only bro. If you cant charge power bank then you wont be able to charge your mobile too.

And why I took example of Xaiomi because it came with 10400 mah backup which can charge your mobile 5-6 times.

I would probably sell my Samsung S7582.
And get either Asus ZenFone 5 or Moto G 2nd Gen.
Moto G 2nd Gen seems expensive when you compare it with the specs of Asus ZenFone 5.
Moto G is 3000 more expensive than Asus ZenFone 5. Can aby suggest the best among these ? ASUS ZenFone 5 8 GB and Moto G 2nd Gen?

I think you should go with Moto G 2nd Gen coz you will get the taste of latest android update in that while in Zenfone you will have to see whether it will be upgradable to newer android version or not
