HELP My BIOS doesn't start.

I've a Millenium 965-775 motherboard. It's a DDR2 memory supporting board. And supports Intel AMD both via processor. (Bought in August 2014) I've only used it one day.

I've Intel Pentium Dual core processor.
2GB DDR2 RAM, plugged in on both channels as 1GB - 1 GB.

SMP is of Intex of Intex which came with the cabinet (Bought in December 2009)

HDD is Seagate Barracuda 500 GB (bought in October 2014)

Maybe because of graphics card or usb port are you getting beep sound while restarting the pc

I don't get any beep sound.
Don't we need a speaker for any sound ?

I haven't plugged in any graphic card and I haven't even plugged in any of USB ports.

No that sound comes from CPU so you are not getting any sound also does the light blink properly and see whether the ram has been placed properly if not then a long continuous sound will come

Use buttons like Alt, Ctrl, Shift, Del, F10 simultaneously.

The lights are glowing very dim.
I think my SMP is not supplying enough power.

But CPU fan works fine.

So maybe the SMP has been corrupted

To check whether SMPS is corrupted short Black and Green if Fan starts then SMPS is alright.
