Yes everyone has right to challenge the decision in the court.
That's why Viacom18 was able challenge it in court & able to drag the matter.

Problem is that in India everyone is trying to put censorship on each and everything. There is no recommendation regarding TV ratings and no one is interested too.
If everything continued like this , we may soon see days when discussion openly will also be censored. We are heading towards ancient ages whereas entire world is heading forward.

Do you even understand censorship on internet ? Me and you won't be discussing anything on a forum or anywhere if govt keep on doing censorship. Today they will censor adult content, tomorrow they will censor hate comments, later on they will censor anything against the govt.
There are hardly any things like Yes / No or 0% / 100% in life thats why decision making is complicated.
It depends on country to country to frame laws as per their requirement & culture.
There are countries that allow such things & I thing thats why there are side effects.
That may be a reason Detroit is world's capital for rape.

All countries are doing it under the pretext of national interest & perhaps US has the largest ability to monitor / block / sensor the things.
