From all story, it seems that Gsat10 was launched with Ku band TPs only for TS. If this is true & if TS is now refusing to accept those TPs then it should be taken as a matter of litigation by DoS.

If TS has launched UHD STB then definitely they know something about the future & must be having some plans for UHD development. At least they will have to show users something as UHD service otherwise what's the use of UHD STB now.
I mean they will have to create the space somehow if the news about UHD world cup channel is true.

But its a matter of hundreds of crs of rupees of public money.....There has to be proper agreement by DoS.....
If Gsat10 was launched with Ku band TPs just because of TS, then right of refusal is laughable considering the cost involved.
If there is right of refusal in the agreement then only DoS/Isro will have to be blamed.

Time has come where Govt. should be clear with TS either accept GSAT 10 or sell 83* to any other company who is interested to do business. Because of TS we Indian can't shadows the accomplishments of ISRO.
