It's better for Snapdeal to accept the mistake & refund the money/send another product to the customer which would help them in future brand building. Because these online thing is all to do with trust with that brand & lower prices that people would expect.
They accepted also arranged the order again.

And what about product ? We not let delivery boy stand in our door until we not sure about product. Generally we paid to him and later check the product.

That's why i doubt on this news. No courier guy will handover the product unless you handover him money.

No. Even if product is at fault, delivery guy will do nothing. His work is to just deliver the consignment. And even if anything went wrong customer has to contact the seller
