Same here..Are these reports really genuine? I have so far ordered so many things from these e-tailers, but never faced such an issue.
They accepted also arranged the order again.It's better for Snapdeal to accept the mistake & refund the money/send another product to the customer which would help them in future brand building. Because these online thing is all to do with trust with that brand & lower prices that people would expect.
