Because it's not live actually. It's taped, edited and then being aired as live.

I think next time we need to match events with Twitter posts to confirm the delay in broadcast.

If you have recorded content please exactly 1 hour telecast of RAW Live Michael Cole says that its live in India and currently time in India is 7.30 AM...enjoying your breakfast...namestey hindustan...some one says about chutney too....

Normally they talk about such things after 1 Hour only because for USA Viewers its not a big thing to call.

I actually check the official WWE twitter account and according to them they tweeted exactly TEN SPORTS aired the show. And one thing you notice about RAW LIVE is the aired a Promo of Smackdown which is moving to Thursday at Syfy from next week when you cross check the repeat RAW that promo was removed also Royal Rumble's Promo and Sponsor was aired during RAW Live. Also RAW Live have a logo of WWE Live but in repeat version they changed it WWE BiggerNBetter.

That they will have to do otherwise how we will come to know which is live event or which is repeated ;)
