Yes even the technician told me that they are being given training for satellite migration and in my area there are 4-5 technicians I know about

I think ground reality comes to play when you live in small cities. In Jabalpur only Service Centres are so poor that until and unless commission is not ready they will do nothing.

Yes even I agree with him and they will not have much problems in urban or city areas but in rural areas it will be a tough nut to crack
