I don't think it's going to launch anytime soon. Atleast in next 1-2 year
And I have got one HD box and one HD DVR at home. So 1st I will get rid of HD box.

I can buy TataSky HD DVR in thar price. What will I do of UHD?Better you opt for UHD box like many
I am quite after some time d2h themselves will start selling UHD box to everyone either he UHD TV, FHD, HD Ready or CRT

It's money wastage. 4K in future will be as cheap as HD now. And I won't have any 4K TV for next 5-6 years.Future proof better hardware from d2h

I don't think even after 1 decade UHD will be cheap product or not ? Because Broadcasters are still concentrating on SD channels and very soon we gonna touch the mark of 1000 + SD channel in India. Until and unless SD channels are their HD and UHD channels are not in everyone's TV.

you fogot the factor that one choti wala broadcasters are launching the SD channels now and then and soon we might find more HD channels from the established broadcasters.
