why shoud customer suffer all time..!!!!
Let them invest heavily in TPs if want to make business..!!!
then TRAI should make mandatory to all DTH above criteria to continue or Start these services(4K-HD)..otherwise block authority.
Also major t&c: every DTH is required mandatory to add every newly launched 4K-HD channel asap to it's platform within 7 days of launch
for existing customers.

I garranty, by putting some channel agreement & channel Pricing restrictions on Broadcasters as well, it will work out.

If all DTH want to provide all channels then they can save more money by sharing TPs in long term...........just like RDTV & Sun having some arrangement............& will be in a position to bargain aggressively with broadcasters...................
But then only differentiation would be packaging, service & h/w..............

- S/W services i.e. bug free with great UI interface like cisco for d2h with Free PVR services
- differ in Channel services(TP chunk)with differ great PQ & AQ+
- Package Pricing Economical +
- adoption of latest technology like HEVC-265 in case of d2h and user of Cisco Encoders
- Customer Service
- Great relations with Broadcaster so would get worth Pricing in any 4K or HD channel addition [Below MAX threshold set by TRAI based on category of channel]
- Future TP availability in advance
- Well Exchange offers on newly launched products like 4K based on each existing model

- And if any dth unable to add any newly launched channels within 7 days(due to TP crunch) then they will be prohibited by TRAI to provide services to new customers till the time they add those launched channels.
- However existing customers will get discount(channel add on Price) by then till the addition of new 4K or HD channel.

-IMP Newly upcoming 4K/HD channel is worth to add or not that will be decided by TRAI 1 vote + evry dTH voting numbers.Then that channel will be approved and said to be eligible to appear on dth within 7 days..
In that way Quality Channel launching will heat up by broadcasters and soon we would see 4K/HD channels in every category including regional and Music..!!!!
