Hmm ye bhi sahi hai....if you are confident you can do it yourself else it is better to ask them if service is free of cost

What I mean to say is TS will have to pay to techs for service visits............& thats the expenditure they will have to incur just because of bad planning to migrate from Insat to Gsat.....................which is causing all this..............They are already paying their engineers to work for this only. They all rested for a long time. Now they have to work extra. Tata SKy can't expect to earn from this situation as its created by them only.

As I understand, all this is facilitated by contracts.......& they will work as per contracts...............But they don't pay extra for visits to engineers. They pay them as Salary.
