Both these are Sri Lankan government channels.

Rupavahini - Sinhala language channel
Nethra and Eye channels are time sharing channels on the same frequency.
Nethra is Tamil language channel and Eye channel is English language channel.

All these Sri Lankan channels are Analog channels. People in Sri Lanka can get these channels on normal TV antenna. They don't require cable or dish to get the local channels.

So, channel providers never think about to upgrade to digital quality. But, in coming months, some channels will go for digital mode.

i have seen SRI tv, it's quality is pathetic in satellite transmission too and i think it is telecasting from Italy.
