I think probably Dishtv will have to make agreements with these broadcasters to make the signals available in SL...

All the Sri Lankan channels are freely available here. No one will go for this pack. Today when I called one of the dealer, he told me "don't go for this pack". He is promoting Dish TV india pack. May be, this is their marketing plan to promote dish TV india under the cover of dish TV Lanka.

I checked it today. You can get all the DD dish channels through the STB of Dish TV Lanka. It is not blocked. But it will not part of the package because DD dish signals are weak in Sri Lanka and you may not get it in the night (if the dish is not pointing 100% to that satellite). So, it is difficult to tune both..
