Means, until Dishtv moves towards MPEG 4 technology box by Chinese vendor, it will not receive MPEG 4 channels

It depends, as of now nobody knows what encryption DD FD is going to use. Only when Dish TV completely moves to MPEG4 we will come to know whether they will use MPEG4 channels from DD FD or not

Last year dishtv CEO said that by 2017 they will start their operation in MPEG 4, BTW as of now they can easily add more and more channels by compressing it as we can't expect PQ atleast from dishtv ever so they knows they didn't requires it.

If they start MPEG 4 technology, then we may get good picture quality
