Looks Like The Issue With STB Only!

Don't Panic Mail Them And It Will Get Resolve!

Audio issue is there bcoz u have old software in the STB.

Regarding hanging, it is an issue in d2h stb's but may be after new software is installed then it might be resolved

Vadirocks bro. Thanks for your reply. I donwloaded version 22 from your link in another thread. I extracted the folder in pendrive. Pressed reset button for 15-20 sec. STB restarted and pop up box came to select pen drive as recording device or cancel. Paired the remote and After cancelingthis popup box. Home screen appears. No installation.

I'm from Bangladesh. It's bit difficult to contact customer support from here. Do they reply if I contact with different email than registered email?

Ok Do Like This!

First Enter USB Then Switch Off STB

Switch On STB When The Second You Switch On Hold Reset Button

It Will Automatically Start Copying And Update The File!

My current download ID is: 11

After following your instruction. Download started from Pen Drive. But After 2 mins it shows Error: Table Timeout. Tested from 2 pendrives. 1 is 4GB USB2 and another is 32GB USB3.
