MGM shut down in India as their deal ended with MediaPro since it split. Earlier it used to be carried as iy was clubbed with all chs in a group and given to MSO/DTH/LCO. Since TRAI gave order that chs from diff broadcasters can't be clubbed together and all companies split be it mediapro, indiacast ( though it exists but disney has left, now just TV18 and affiliates r part of it), msm discovery . So MGM had no option but to shut down in India as they cannot handle all India distribution nor anyone will take it as a standalone channel even if it has a distribution partner
