they need some known persons on what is happening right and it is applicable to all the companies.
That was of senior posts, I never saw any Marathi or Gujarati own company specifically ask for a language if they have problem they can talk in Hindi or English but in that instance does they can't talk in English ?? I can agree if companies prefer locals for junior level jobs but is this a right kind of criteria for senior level jobs ??

just like how mumbai spoken language is hindi inspite of the origin language is marathi
Dongri to Dubai is a best book to explain Mumbai it is wrong to say that it's a Marathi origin, you can't say Delhi is a Punjabi origin. Though Punjabi are major there.

When it comes TN, i say it is not a good environment for politics.
Hindi is not at all banned in TN and it is being taught in pvt schools and colleges. and what we say is dont portray hindi as the only language needed to survive and this is the opinion.
IndianMascot bro,we are paying taxes so are not we part of india barring the hindi opposition?
D Major, so it is ok to kill some innocent ones?

The top level posts are filled by the persons closest to the officials for all the reasons and they would give all reasons to reject you.

this is the reason for protests.
Back in 1937, when the Madras Presidency government led by C. Rajagopalachari insisted on compulsory learning of Hindi in the State, the Dravidian movement, then in the form of the Justice Party, got a major campaign agenda. For three years till the policy was revoked in 1940, the agitations were sustained in almost every part of the Presidency, in the process making its leader, E.V. Ramasamy (Periyar), the tallest leader of the Dravidian movement.

In 1965, when the 15-year timeframe to make Hindi the only official language was about to expire, Tamil Nadu again led the agitations. By this time, with the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) gaining ground, imposition of Hindi was part of the narrative of the Aryan-Dravidian divide — the northern Aryans attempting to invade the cultural space of the southern Dravidians. It took an assurance from the then Prime Minister, Lal Bahadur Shastri, that English would continue as the second official language as long as non-Hindi-speaking people wanted it, to quell the protests.
