Do you know the source of crude oil ? It's Middle East only.
And who is giving subsidy ? Who is deciding for Middle East nation ?
US is more concern about Middle East why ? Because Crude oil only otherwise they would never fight Iraq war, never pressurize Iran, never involve in Syria.

what america is doing has nothing to do with the treaty
imported price = 32 rs
100 % tax imposed on it by BPCL n later it divided between HPCL IOC n BPCL n goes to the govt. only as these r govt. companies only
then 12 % - 14 % taxes r imposed by state govt.
so ultimately cost comes to 70 rs app

Govt. firms are no profit no loss, today Govt. firm is ready to support Govt. as they said they're ready to take a burden of Excise Duty hike.
Just imagine how these agencies gone against UPA because UPA never assured these agencies revenue.
Now all refineries knows that price will never fall hence they can make out of their loss.
