I will take New South Gold package of Rs.254 pm
& stay on it with Disney channel aka carte worth Rs.12 pm

My friend recharge d2h the same updated in Account but not in STB. Please mention the procedure in detail.

Either do factory reset for new working or call on 18001370111 for customer care assistance

There is no option for refreshing your account in d2h? Like adtv and tatasky we have to SMS to a chargeable number. Can't cc take action on this?

There is a missed call number to refresh account in Videocon d2h, it appears in state active when account is suspended. Also u can SMS REF to 09212012299. Chargeable at Rs. 1
