Hi Ajai, I also have the same problem, when i record a program there are lot of blank gaps in the recording, i am using New South Platinum HD pack. Is it possible for you to solve this problem. Thanks

check your pendrive writing speed.

Earlier I was using 2222-RF STB and there was no problem with recording. Later this STB failed and was not working and then I got a new 2244-RF STB then only this problem started. Now while recording I get this error message “Please wait while your STB synchronises the date and time with main server “ and screen goes blank, I think while this happens it won’t record anything and that’s how this blank gaps recorded. I have tried several pen drives and external hard disks, but the problem is not solved.

Ok i got your problem.
PM your customer ID and turn on your box and keep on until i ask you to turn off.

Make sure after send pm don't switch off your stb

I am having the same problem Ajay. I called customer support and they sent someone over but that person had no idea and have not heard back from then again. My customer ID is 15XXXX

Don't post your customer ID in public.
