Earlier I was using 2222-RF STB and there was no problem with recording. Later this STB failed and was not working and then I got a new 2244-RF STB then only this problem started. Now while recording I get this error message “Please wait while your STB synchronises the date and time with main server “ and screen goes blank, I think while this happens it won’t record anything and that’s how this blank gaps recorded. I have tried several pen drives and external hard disks, but the problem is not solved.

I am new to this forum and I don't know how this quoted replies working in this forum. I just want to reply some desperate user msgs and make some sound, so more knows it..and sign off to sleep mode,I don't check and update frequently. I don't know its getting repeated. Quoted reply reaches mailbox and normal thread don't, so i replied to few people,so they Tc of rest.k signing off. No more quote replies.

Hi friend, Thank you very much for providing latest software ID 29. I have updated my 2244-RF STB using update provided by you. It has solved all of my problems including blank gaps in the recording, now I am using my STB without any problem. I would like to ask all the users who are having “Please wait while your STB synchronises the date and time with main server “ error problem to update their STB with the software ID 29 using the link given by arena12399 . So thank you again my friend for your valuable contribution.
