why u guys call cc to upgrade /downgrade do it your self through official website , i too upgraded my pack day before yesterday to gold sports . u can upgrade and downgrade ur pack 1-1 time per month
At first I tried to activate Star Sports HD 1 via d2h website and then by app. But no Star Sports HD channel was there on the list. So I was left with no option other than calling CC. Even the CC guy could nor find HD1. So he took my request for activation and has asked me to wait for 4 hours.

I have started hating d2h now.

Upgrade is no limit. Downgrade is once in a month.

i didnt tried to actvate only one channel.i upgraded to gold sports because of upcoming world cup match. and in mean time i can enjoy soccer too

Got a SMS that request for channel activation has been closed but StarSports Hd1 is still not activated. Called CC again but they are unable to find this channel in their list. Their Senior representative too is clueless. They are asking me to wait for another 4 hour for just a channel activation.
D2H services had never been such bad. :thumbsdown::mad:

Want to move out to some other operator but stuck with this 12 M HD Add-on.:cry:

Sad to hear XkabirX. It seems that d2h is now fully adopting policy to loot users by giving misleading information
I'm surely gonna write to TRAI and pgportal if they don't remove this misleading msg from their IVR.
If I go to consumer forum no one could save them from paying fine penalty. But that requires time.

Yeah bro. That's the problem. We are all bust in our day to day life. Hence these operators get escaped.

But don't wait for 4 hours as you might miss the match. Write to higher authorities now on email.

Twitter Customer care worked(FB guys are sleeping). Package has been downgraded and HD1 activated.


One thing I am still confused about is that the cc guy was telling me that after my package was upgraded to HD1 the 12M Super Gold HD add-on too was upgraded to Gold Sports HD Add-on (Although I was not getting any HD sports channel).
