No Idea. because they are not having DD sound.
It seems like Tata Sky offers Dolby Pro Logic through AV (RCA) cable on some channels.
Have you checked it on your receiver bhaskarkilli bro?
Because without Dolby Pro Logic it wouldn't be possible to have any surround effect through RCA cables. On Movies Now HD it is working the best, Dolby Pro Logic.

I dont think any DTH STB is giving Dolby pro logic.I have seen some surround option in Dish TV but dont know how that really works.Its our receiver should have pro logic option then you will get surround effect for PCM channels.

4.1 is a worst choice bro.take either 2.1 or 5.1 speakers.I have 4.1 speaker system, so without the center speaker dialogues gets messed up around all speakers in surround.
I will take 5.1, bro. 4.1 is my 3 years old computer speaker of intex which I have connected to STB with RCA. I have seen a Philips 5.1 DVD home theater. It has 1000 Watt sound output and has Optical input. It's around 12000 rupees.
