Tata sky lost EPG of Some channels

Its a chat conversation with Tatasky CC.

I have asked about EPG lost. CC told we are upgrading EPG, will be resolved shortly.

I have asked whether EPG upgrade related to mpeg-4 migration to increase channel count. CC told yes, we will intimate this with proper media

CC telling that i could not believe it...

Now a days CC saying the same bcoz the read the statement published by Tatasky CEO. So every time CC is replying and talking about migrations only

i also chat with CC today,they also told me they will migrate mpeg4 soon.

In fact CC is there to maintain cordial relationship between we users and the company what I feel and nothing much. On my complaint regarding same issue one sweet voice suggested me strongly to switch off the stb from mains and restart it and the problem wouldbe resolved! How absurd!! I requested her to please forwardy complaint to a competent authority.

The persistent problem isn't a sign of some undisclosed activity of TS technical staff? As read in another forum receipt of text message informing postponement of "Remind me" service temporarily wef 28th onwardss any such subscribers got the same message?

I dont think that postpone of a service is a big issue, they might stopped for the time being. earlier too some services been stopped as all know.

Some undercover operations are happening in TS dont know what....i am curious to know about that...hope some one breaks that news soon...

Again spoke to that person Area Sales Manager again...he told me that TS is always tight lipped with respect to their channel service offerings and additional channels...he told me that regarding the non availability of EPG program Ts is upgrading to some software which he is not clear but he is sure that TS carrying out activities wrt to convertion to MPEG - 4
