But what is doing isro. I think ts sue on isro soon and we shall know what is truth behind this delay. Because when airtel move from insat 4c to ses7, reason is unknown because insat 4c is 12 ku band satellite.[we know that insat 4c have several glitches and was lost during launch hence its life is shortan but this was not official by isro till date.] so atleast india will know where is gsat 8 and gsat 10, what are doing these satellites in sky?
<In excitement forget to see old thread.>

Again a marvellous news break by you SUNIEL thanx. Instead of starting the process 3 months back as put up by Harit Nagpal he should have started it last year itself since ultimate goal is to co-op with latest technology. Unnecessary wastage of time and invitation to blame. We are the ultimate sufferer after all.
BTW the civil courts are closed during summer.

Ok atleast he is honest enough to admit that they cant add new channels till mid 2014 ....

But they have admitted such commitments since ages. Till now they were dependent on GSAT, now they are dependent on MPEG4.

If they are serious about their business and customers, why don't they immediately switch to MPEG4 compression and then continue swapping of boxes. Atleast 80-85% of users will be benefited and retained too.
