Dish TV Videocon D2H in final stages of merger deal

It will be very cumbersome to manage this. They can't use 3 satellites in 3 different orbit locations in 1 dish
As of now, Dish TV is getting 80 channels for free courtesy DD Free Dish. They need to honour the existing contracts with satellite operators. Only later they can decide which satellite to use

Singtel location is 91° east na? Can it move to nss6/ses8 location @95° ?

The brand has to be differentiated and let d2h continues as of what it is but focus only on HD channels and those who like only HD then the destination would be d2h only.

Singtel ST2 location is 88 E. Satellites can't be moved just like that. Orbital slots are allocated to operator/region, if they don't operate any satellite in that orbital slot they will lose the slot.
Also, I guess ST2 has C band as well. I am guessing they will operate both the brands individually for some time
Our market is still not mature enough to opt only for HD as majority of regional channels are still in SD

If merger will stat both parties will stop new deals bro and both will raise a new company.The company will have a new name and it wont be either D2h or Dish TVs name.
but y dish tv will merge with d2h ?
dish tv is a brand name and it is best in asia then y dish tv and its shareholders allows it to change its name ?
if d2h is listed at nasdaq then they can easily de-list from nasdaq. y won't they sell out their business ?
