Today morning i received the new S/W update automatically and the release # 113. now i am not facing the black screen

which is ur box SD, HD or HD+?

On mine HD+ still SW version is 111

TS has succesfully moved its 1st Regional channel to MPEG 4...

We need to have some patience they cant change all the 19 Tamil channels....many users STBs needs to be replaced...it would take some time...

Spoke to my source...he is telling me that TS has given the dead line to sales officer in TN as well as Kerala region to swap the MPEG 2 box to MPEG 4 box before September ...they will add channels in MPEg 4 only after completing the swapping process...the area head sales person also told me that still many customers inspite of sending SMS...TS customers are not sending the reply SMS to TS...My Sources in his region he needs to swap appx 9,000 STBs as of now they have swapped only 800 boxes...

tata should convert all tamil channels to mpeg4 then only this user will woke from sleep

That may be a good idea but I think TataSky is taking every step cautiously without any risk of irritating the customer thereby losing them.

Its simple for them to migrate the channels to MPEG but they dont to annoy the customers...
