Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz (w/ Maryse) for the Intercontinental Championship
A title match opened the show with the crowd crazy for Ziggler. It seemed that Ziggler’s reign was over when Maryse tried to interfere. However, Ziggler managed to overcome the obstacle and cemented his run as the WWE Intercontinental Champion, following a Superkick, which was enough to keep Miz down for a 3 count.
Result: Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz via pinfall to retain the Intercontinental Championship

Jack Swagger vs. Curt Hawkins

Curt Hawkins’ dismal run since his return continued, after being defeated by Jack Swagger in just under a minute. The loss may seem surprising, considering how much WWE tried to hype his return. Despite being a former World Champion, Jack Swagger, is not getting much time on Live TV these days.
Result : Jack Swagger defeated Curt Hawkins

Rhyno and Heath Slater vs. The Usos vs. Tyler Breeze and Fandango

Rhyno and Heath Slater have had a great run with the title so far, with the chemistry between these two being the secret of success of this team. They managed to retain their gold after a gore to Jey Uso, was enough to keep him down for the pinfall victory.
The tag from Heath Slater to bring on Rhyno generated one of the biggest pops of the night. This match featured Breezango and they have been receiving repeated title shots at Live Events, which may be a sign of a push, and as far as The Usos are concerned, their heel turn and the change in the attire have been refreshing to watch.
Result: Rhyno and Heath Slater defeated The Usos and Breezango to retain the Smackdown Tag Team Titles.

Nikki Bella and Naomi vs. Carmella and Natalya

The entrance for Nikki Bella got a huge pop to start off things and the Faces managed to pick up the victory over the heels, after a Rack Attack by Nikki Bella to Carmella finished things off. Carmella has been good with her heel work and managed to look strong despite being on the losing side. Natalya and Naomi were also given time to shine too.

Baron Corbin vs. Kalisto

”The Lone Wolf” Baron Corbin, squared off against Kalisto next. The clash began with the contest of Corbin’s size against Kalisto’s speed. Ultimately, it was size that triumphed after Corbin hit the End Of Days, out of nowhere for the pinfall victory.
Kalisto and Baron Corbin have lost their momentum after their feuds with Rusev and Dolph Ziggler, respectively ended.
Result : Baron Corbin defeated Kalisto via. pinfall

American Alpha ( Chad Gable and Jason Jordan) and Kane vs. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Randy Orton

Randy Orton’s allegiance to the dark side continued, in this battle, which saw the faces taking most of the control. The end saw a flurry of finishers with Randy Orton hitting the RKO on Jordan and Gable being hit by a Sister Abigail by Wyatt.
However, amidst this, Kane managed to drive these men out of the way and hit the Chokeslam on Harper, for the eventual victory.
Result: American Alpha ( Chad Gable and Jason Jordan) and Kane win by pinfall.

The Hype Bros vs. The Ascension

The match basically was just a time filler, with the Hype Bros picking up the victory. Mojo Rawley as always showed a lot of energy and managed to finish off the contest in no time.
Result: The Hype Bros defeated The Ascension via pinfall.

Becky Lynch vs. Alexa Bliss

The crowd, as expected, were behind Lynch from the word go. The match was a thrilling back and forth encounter, with Lynch managing to pick up the victory after Bliss tapped out to the Dis-arm-her.
The action will continue as these two are all set to collide again on Smackdown Live! scheduled to take place in Glasgow. Bliss has been brilliant as the heel and is the perfect opposite of Lynch’s fiery face spirit.
Result: Becky Lynch defeated Alexa Bliss via Submission to retain the Smackdown Women’s Title.

AJ Styles vs. Dean Ambrose

Finally, after a particularly long card, it was time for the main event.
Both the competitors came out to huge pops, as the crowd was eagerly waiting for this clash. The match, much as their previous clashes, was quite brilliant and these two have developed a great chemistry, after working with each other several times.
AJ Styles managed to pick up the victory to retain his championship, but ultimately it was Ambrose who had the last laugh, after he sneaked in, to deliver the Dirty Deeds to stand tall and put an end to the proceedings.
Result: AJ Styles defeated Dean Ambrose to retain the WWE Championship.

#1 The Miz (with Maryse) vs Dolph Ziggler(c) [Intercontinental Championship match]
An awesome encounter to start the show. The fans were really behind Ziggler in this contest.

The moment when he escaped from the Miz's Figure four Leglock, generated one of the biggest pops of the night. Maryse made several attempts to interfere, she even slapped the Champion twice. However, for the third slap, she got ejected from the ringside. Ziggler pinned the Miz after a Superkick.
Result: Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz to retain the Intercontinental Championship

#2 Heath Slater and Rhyno(c) vs Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) vs The Usos [Triple threat match for the Smackdown Tag team Championship]

Rhyno and Slater received massive pops from the audience. The decent tag team match had some fun spots as well. It can be stated that every participant had their own impressive individual highlights during this match. A gore to Jey Uso made sure that the Champions retained their gold. Also, it’s worth noting that Breezango have been getting quite the push at live events with a string of tag team title opportunities. A good way to utilize the neglected talents.
Result: Heath Slater and Rhyno retained over Breezango and The Usos

#3 Curt Hawkins vs Jack Swagger

Before the match, Hawkins cut a promo and asked Swagger to leave the ring. The former World Champion wouldn’t back down and the match officially started. Swagger applied the Patriot Lock on Hawkins and made him submit within 5 seconds. The loses Curt Hawkins is taking for a returning superstar is just shocking, to say the least.
Result: Jack Swagger defeated Curt Hawkins

#4 Naomi and Nikki Bella vs Carmella and Natalya

Once again, there was a pre-match promo, where Carmella bashed the audience for cheering the Bella. Despite being short, the match was entertaining. The ‘babyface’ team won as Nikki pinned Carmella with the Rack Attack.
Result: Nikki Bella and Naomi defeated Natalya and Carmella

#5 Kalisto vs Baron Corbin

Corbin started to viciously attack Kalisto even before the match officially began. Surprisingly, Kalisto was able to make a comeback during the match and dominated over the Lone Wolf. Ultimately, an End of Days on the former United States Champion helped Corbin win the contest.
Results : Baron Corbin defeated Kalisto

#6 American Alpha (Chad Gable and Jason Jordan) and Kane vs Randy Orton, Luke Harper, Bray Wyatt
The match was average, with Harper and the Alphas in action for most of it. Towards the end, Jordon was hit with an RKO from the Viper while Kane choke slammed Harper to pick up the victory for his team.

Result: Kane and American Alpha defeated Luke Harper, Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton

#7 The Hype Bros. (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley) vs The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor)
It was a typical Hype Bros. match. After a beat down from the Ascension, Ryder finally made the ‘hot tag’ to Mojo, who finished off the contest.
Result: The Hype Bros. defeated The Ascension

#8 Alexa Bliss vs Becky Lych(c) [Smackdown Women’s Championship match]

The fans rallied behind Lynch throughout the bout. Both the women delivered an amazing match, which was eventually won by Becky. Bliss tapped out to the Dis-Arm-Her. The two are again set to collide on this week’s edition of Smackdown for the Championship.
Result: Becky Lynch retained the Championship over Alexa Bliss

#9 AJ Styles(c) vs Dean Ambrose [WWE World Championship match]

An incredible performance as the main-event of the night. The audience were vocal for both of the competitors. Towards the end, Styles shoved Ambrose into an already exposed turnbuckle and rolled him up to get the pinfall.

Result: AJ Styles defeated Dean Ambrose to retain the WWE World Championship

After the match ended, Styles continued the beat down but soon Ambrose counter-attacked. A Dirty Deeds to the Champion was the closing moment of the event.

The New Day (C) vs Enzo & Cass vs The Club vs Sheamus and Cesaro (for the RAW Tag-Team Championships)
The New Day defended their beloved Raw Tag-Team Championships against three other tag-teams. The champions and Enzo and Cass were really popular with the German fans while Cesaro and Sheamus’ bickering continued.
The match ended with The New Day picking up the win.

Charlotte (C) vs Sasha Banks (for the RAW Women’s Championship)

Charlotte and Sasha continued their feud in Germany. This match was a hard-hitting affair, in line with their previous matches, with ‘The Queen’ pulling of the winning via a rollup.

Neville, Darren Young & The Golden Truth vs Shining Stars, Titus O’Neil & Bo Dallas

This was a fun, fast-paced 8-man tag match with Neville especially impressive. The Golden Truth were super-over with the crowd who joined in on R-Truth’s rap.
Neville picked up the win for his team after a Red Arrow on Primo.

Bodyslam Challenge: Braun Strowman vs Big Show

This segment was a lot of fun with the two behemoths trying to bodyslam each other. Strowman won the challenge and proceeded to attack Big Show afterwards who fought back and delivered a chokeslam.

Roman Reigns (C) vs Rusev (for the WWE United States Championship)

Rusev was accompanied to the ring by his wife Lana. She tried to interfere in the match in a couple of occasions before the referee sent her to the back.
Roman used the distraction to deliver a Spear to Rusev to pick up the win.

Bayley & Alicia Fox vs Nia Jax & Dana Brooke

Bayley is truly one of the most popular Superstars in WWE today. She was greeted by a huge ovation from the Oberhausen fans as she teamed up with Alicia Fox to face Nia Jax and Dana Brooke.
Dana proved to be the weak link once again as Bayley hit her with a Bayley-To-Belly Suplex for the win.

Chris Jericho vs Sami Zayn

Both men were over with the fans and Sami picked up the win after a Blue Thunder Bomb.

Kevin Owens (C) vs Seth Rollins (in a Street Fight for the WWE Universal Championship)

Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins face off in a Street Fight.
Owens won the match with a rollup following a low blow to ‘The Man’ and a kendo stick shot. Rollins hit back with kendo stick shots of his own before sending Owens crashing through a table set up against the corner.

1. The New Day(c) vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass vs. Sheamus and Cesaro [Triple Threat match for the RAW Tag team Championship]:
Big E and Xavier Woods defended the titles, while Kofi was at ringside. Cesaro, Enzo and Cass received the best pops during the match, while Sheamus got some loud boos. Including some fun spots, the match was decent. The Midnight Hour on Enzo helped the New Day to retain.
Result: The New Day defeated Enzo Amore and Big Cass and Cesaro and Sheamus to retain the RAW Tag team Championship

2. Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte(c) [RAW Women’s Championship match]

While Charlotte was welcomed with boos, Sasha got some nice pops. The match was satisfactory, less intriguing than their previous encounters. Charlotte picked up the pinfall victory after a roll-up.
Result: Charlotte defeated Sasha Banks and is still the RAW Women’s Champion

3. The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico), Titus O’Neil and Bo Dallas vs Golden Truth (Goldust and R-Truth), Neville and Darren Young:

This match was solid. Every participant had their moments during the contest. Neville got the win for his team after pinning Titus, following the Red Arrow.
Result: Golden Truth, Darren Young and Neville defeated Titus O’Neil, The Shining Stars and Bo Dallas

4. Braun Strowman vs. Big Show [Bodyslam match]:

Big Show made his in-ring return at the WWE’s tour of Europe at a recent event and the World Largest Athlete continued his run at the Berlin show. Unexpectedly, this was a lengthy match. Following several attempts, Strowman successfully delivered a bodyslam to the Giant to win the contest. After the match was over, he continued the beat down on Show. The post-match segment concluded with Show choke slamming Strowman. It seems WWE may be teasing a televised feud between the two behemoths.
Result: Braun Strowman defeated Big Show

5. Rusev vs Roman Reigns(c) [United States Championship match]

Reigns received a mixed reaction from the audience. Before the match officially started, Rusev began the beat down on the Champion. As usual, the two provided a hard-hitting brawl. Reigns emerged victorious after pinning the Bulgarian Brute with a Spear.
Result: Roman Reigns retained the United States Championship by defeating Rusev

6. Bayley and Alicia Fox vs. Nia Jax and Dana Brooke [Special guest referee: Emma]
Bayley got some loud pops. At one point of the match, Dana had an altercation with Emma, for which she had to absorb a Butterfly suplex from the Special guest referee. Fox picked up the win for her team after a Scissors kick on Brooke.
Result: Bayley and Alicia Fox defeated Nia Jax and Dana Brooke

7. Sami Zayn vs. Chris Jericho

Although Jericho garnered massive pops from the crowd, it couldn't surpass the reaction that Roman received. Zayn interrupted during the pre-match promo, where Jericho was mocking the audience. The match was decent, but their previous battles have been better. Sami pinned Jericho after the Blue Thunder Bomb.
Results: Sami Zayn defeated Chris Jericho

8 Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens(c) [Street Fight match for the WWE Universal Championship]

Amazing contest to end the event. Jericho interfered in the match and the ‘Best friends’ attacked Seth. After delivering a low blow with a kendo stick, Owens rolled up Rollins to picked up the pinfall victory.
Results: Kevin Owens defeated Seth Rollins to retain the WWE Universal Championship
The post-match segment featured Jericho’s birthday celebration. Owens and Jericho were joined by the entire locker-room. Eventually, Rollins threw the birthday cake into Jericho and pedigreed Owens to conclude the live event.
