Bro i faced the same on this year on July made a calls and chat with CC never find any resolution than I have sended a mail to nodal & ceo for cancellation than I got almost 25 calls for retention than I said if they reslove my issue of the wrong commitment than I will contiune it was done so try to do the sameThis is just not fair work done by TS CC.
12th Nov: I got a call from some TS Executive, saying that If I pay Rs 5K for Ultra Pack for 10 months I will get 2 months free. he said its a special offer and its limited. I said I cannot recharge as I am a new customer and I am on 1 month free pack.
He said its OK, if I recharge the new annual pack will get activated after my one month free pack gets over that's in December.
I said OK, but I will recharge on 15th Nov as I need time.
14th Nov: he called be again to remind.
15th Nov: again he called. I recharged Rs 5K via MVisa, and I got a message that its been recharged and next due date is 22nd Aug 2017. I was shocked to see as its should have been in Dec 2017.
The executive called be again and said that he will fix the due date and he is working on it. Then the due date was fixed to Nov 2017.
Now I have a issue, how can they activate annual pack now when I still on 1 month free pack till December. The executive clearly said that it will be applicable from Dec after I finish free 1 month offer.
I still had 15 days free Ultra HD Pack remaining and TS executive gave false info and changed my pack to annual when I was still on free offer.
Pls TS users what can I do to get back my 15 days remaining free pack, as I want the annual pack to start in Dec when I finish my free 1 month pack.

Appa Bro, can u pls tell me the steps u took, how u solved it, and also the email id of nodal, ceo
Will chatting with CC be any help as i did that and they said they will call me to solve the issue in 48 hrs.
Drop a Mail with details to [email protected] & [email protected] &

Before approaching nodal first try with CEO escalation team, they can help in fixing this. If unsuccessful then move to nodal.Ok thanks. So i should send the mail with my issue to all 3 emails together right.
Yes they are bound to, hence I told you to write to CEO team.But by that time scorpionking76 bro, by free days that i was to get would get lesser each day. Will they give my my remaining 18 days after a week ??? Free pack was till 3rd Dec.
