But will saying i will not use TS work ??? I really dont want to as its better than the Digital Cable i was using.

Keeps on banging CCs head to get remaining days since because of Tata Skys system things now gone worst. Until the free days get over we shouldn't recharge to protect ourself from free faukats tension

If so, then the TS executive shouldnt have given false promise that he would allow me to use my remaining free pack (18days left) and after that on 3rd Dec he would make the annual pack offer applicable. He told me to recharge on 15th Nov itself.

Mailing to senior team will led that guy either to loose his job or will get a big warning

Hence try all the suggested methods.
