Booked for free replacement of STBs around 5 pm. Got the w/o. Now few minutes back got a message that my w/o is under hold. Similar for my cousin's w/o. I only requested for my cousin's replacement.
So think TS is not ready for free replacement yet in Kolkata. ..:mad::mad:

just change you regional free pack to any south pack then call and ask for replacement. I think I was first of user who getted replacement stb on 18 july who not got any sms. I got sms on 27 july

yes i also did this my regional free pack is hindi and marathi then i subscribe tamil pack and call the helpline that i have not received some tamil channels and there reply is ur box is not sup mpeg4 and tata sky upgrade the mpeg4 technology. They told me are u reddy to sd mpeg4 box replacement i said yes and they bookd my req and next day my box is replaced with new technicolor mpge4 box gus use this trick of roi customers .Add any south regional pack and asked to replace ur stb to tata helpline
