If you go by this logic, then DD Malayalam should have been added in MPEG2 as this channel is also in all base pack. Hence if somebody wants a MPEG4 replacement box they should tell CC that they are not able to see DD Malayalam
Also Shalom TV and NE TV which is part of all base pack is in MPEG4

last night sent them a mail regarding mpeg4 box, just now got a call that they are going to replace my box

Tatasky replace our boxes by a timely stretegy.they not want to take burdon at once on self.they change boxes by mpeg4 and add channels itself good move.
Now they make everyone as happy customer by fulfill all demand one by one with the count down of regional festival seasons.

my box just got replaced with new technicolor mpeg4 box, new UI is much better than UI of old box
