I don't know about HBO premium channel's programming, all I heard was it is ad-free, and some exclusive HBO content (Game of Thrones, I think Entourage too) for Indian audience.
SWPremiere on the other hand has a major list of popular TV shows, I guess there would be a high demand initially.

But 100, p.m? No, I would stick to my torrents. That's ad free and also Premium content

In India Movie genre has the market so broadcasters can try premium channels with premium content.It will give some good result if the content is really good.But how many people watch serials with this much of cost????

I was talking about 3G or 4G mobile broadband. And in 3G Aircel(lowest of all companies) 1GB cost Rs 198(10 GB @ Rs 997) in Kolkata for an episode as you said. Not for whole month that is why I said Downloading in HD will cost more over an entire month.

Hey, friends channel is yet to be added. Ya, its confirm that ala cart price will be 100 but still its not confirm that it is available only as ala cart. They may add in mega pack and grand sport pack. If you see price of ala cart of movies now is 50 but at 60 we getting 8 channels. So this discussion is meaningless. Lets see what happen after addition.

Now for me the HD Access fee looks irrelevant . TS has moved away from their policy of offering HD Channels by subscribing HD access fee . They already made M Tunes HD as ala carte but added in heigh Base packs makes the balance . They might offered for Star World SD and offer Star World to heigher base packs itself. I think the same will happen once they add Ten HD . They cant choose either Ten Sports or Ten Cricket Channel as SD to have tTEN HD Channel. Only few HD likes of CNBC HD , Travel HD or same like channels .

Now Ten HD is Ten Sports HD I think.

Yes.what you have said is right but chances are very much that they will charge separately for this channel.Any how lets see..
