Indiavision is already sold to Tv9 which discontinued it.
Zee was in talks with Tv9 for taking over all channels it would have give it :
number one news channel in Telugu, Kannada Gujrati
consolidation of marathi news market,
South based regional English news channel news9,
telengana centric tv1 Jai telangana,
licence of Malayalam channel.
But then no updates on the merger now.

They had even shut Zee news UP/UK which they are relaunching now.
Further Zee news website already has Zee News Malayalam & Zee News Tamil tabs which is an indication of what's in store.
