HELP Tata Sky Signal Issue

From last few days I am facing issues with my new TS HD HEVC STB.

Now another issues is come to light. I have 3 connections. And TS technician has used a normal quad LNB. Signal quality on all 3 STB are 100%, strength is 50-60.

For the new multi tv connection I took, as I already had some cable wire which was falling short he used a connector and added his wire.

Now, when other STB are ON, the new multi tv gets good signal. But if other STB are switched off from mains, I don't get some channels in the new multi tv, it shows no signal on some, blank screen on some and particularly INSAT signals don't come. GSAT signals work fine.

What can be the issue?

yes it's happening, but it happens more at night. The multi tv doesn't get signals from INSAT Tps. I guess a better LNB must be used

What is the solution for this?

I had called technician last month to fix some audio issue in HEVC STB, its solved. But he was not ready to fix the signal issues, and said he is a hurry and left. He has some attitude issue and is not friendly at all. Acts as if doing some favour. I dont want him to come again, and looks like no other tech in my area. I want TS Audit Team/ASI to have a look at this. If LNB is the issue, i want Super LNB to be given.

If i complain to CC they will send same tech again, which i dont want. Also my primary connection is out of warranty, but new Multi TV is in Warranty. I dont know if they will charge for service visit.

Technician came and said issue is with cable connector connecting the STB, and he changed that with new one. Now i get signals. Now the STB works independently of other STB. Only small issue is when i turn on/off primary STB, there is signal fluctuations in multi TV (screen goes black for a sec), and then its stabilises. he said if i face more issues, he will replace entire cable.

Vadirocks i didnt ask for Super LNB as issue is solved and they wont give unless i pay.

Technican said the issue i face is common for those connections who use splitters/T connector
