I have mailed them...they resolved the issue immidiately.....now i can watch all the cahnnels available on airtel dth ...infinity pack is best and i have save rs 3000 by upgrading from jackpot to infinity....jackpot is a useless pack which gives only sd channels in rs777 per month...

i got the infinity pack recently. i have 2 questions.
a. am i getting all channels for this pack? or should i ring them up and ask for any missing channels as mentioned above in post 1471.
b. is there an airtel app where i can watch live tv or recorded shows when i am out of station?
