So issue can be loose connectors behind the box. See if its loose. How many connection u have BTW ?

Technican said the issue i face is common for those connections who use splitters/T connector

once a tata sky technician told me that splitters are officially prohibited to use at customer premises and that rascal charged me Rs 400 for this Rs 50 stuff.

Its not prohibited, for Super LNB and HD DVR for some connections u need to use splitter.

sorry bro. i have stopped using DTH services and Tata Sky long time back. now i am on OTT and online streaming stuff these days.
