To be fair with its own policy, Tata Sky will have to adopt one of these options.

1. Make available counter SD of every added HD channel. OR
2. If there is no counter SD, declare that channel as Specials OR
3. Abolish HD Access Fee policy.

They can't apply HD Access Fee on specials anyway, that is against the policy itself. But in case of Star World Premiere HD, they have done so. I see no logic whatsoever.

BTW, if M Tunes SD does not exist and they are downgrading HD feed into SD, how can they charge the a la carte price for it ? It should be provided in all Base Packages. Not only that they will have to pay compensation for not providing SD version of M Tunes HD till now and charging HD Access fee from from millions of customers.

See , we all talk about small-small things but this Tata Sky turned out to be biggest fruad. They seems to be involved into various scams. Now they deserve to be prosecuted for criminal conspirancy against Indian Citizens and its subscribers.

I just checked the M tune SD logo on TV it's showing HD in small letter so TS is downgrading the HD channel and charge twice for the same channel for HD and for SD.

This may again count to some 2000 crore of scam as per the calculation done by " Adhikar " NGO.

If the channel is showing HD logo then it is definitely true HD and the service provider downgrading the HD channel to provide SD feed.
