So, they are clear cut violating regulations.
I think we should write to them about HD access fee also and if someone have proof reconnection charges, we can ask them to file petition for these 2 points too.

They are counting this for 3 million subscriber base who have already done annual recharge which is a huge figure. Tata Sky have a huge money in advance from customer.
Now after collecting so much of money, they have become greedy and not including new channels in Mega or lower packs. Looks like Mr. Nagpal is trying to become Ambani with this single business.
IM bhai, when TS introduced HD Access Fee, there was a clear stress on the fact that HD Access Fee will need to be paid and the way of subscribing a channel would to subscribe corresponding SD channel. Now slowly that aspect is being suppressed. When I check TS website these days, I do not see any mention of such clause. What I see is, HD Access Fee is basic subscription charge to view HD channels. This is complete U-turn from the initial philosophy of HD Access Fee (which that was also very bad policy as such)

If anyone have old screenshot of such conditions , I would certainly approach this NGO to file another petition.

I could see a screen shot in out forum itself. Just check. This was a letter sent by Tata Sky when they introduced this policy.

Yeah, thanks. with the help of this we can ask Tata Sky to give TEN HD on subscription of any one Ten channel.
Or else can ask TDSAT to put direct ban on this policy and instruct all DTH operators to include HD channels plain in base pack or make addon .
