i also said for sports and other genres have simulcast so dont need to watch in sd but that rs.50 makes a difference bro.

most of the time they air repeated movies. I don't know abt ts packages so can't tell which to subscribe.
Till now Tata Sky has not replied to the email I sent (mentioned in my previous posts). Hoping to get a delayed reply with some absurd logic on why Ten HD needs to have all Ten channels as counter SD channel for HD Access Fee.
Another thing to note...if Discovery Channel SD can be considered counter SD of Discovery World HD (where literal name as such is different and many more other discovery named channels are there), why can't there be one counter SD channel from Ten (Ten Sports, Ten Cricket or Ten Action - any one of them). In fact better to provide a listing on Tatasky website with a mapping to avoid confusion as long as HD Access Fee is there, it is needed to clear the subjectivity.

Yeah bro, you again hit the bulls eye. Discovery HD can be the best example to compare with TEN HD. As discovery HD shows combinations of programs of all discovery channels still Tata Sky is providing it even though someone has subscribed to only Discovery SD and HD access fee. Similarly, they should be providing TEN HD for all those who have Ten Sports and HD Access fee.
One more thing which I had been seeing is they are putting a note during Star World Premiere advt that HD access is required to view this channel. Now why would someone play HD access fee if they are not providing the SD feed ?
HD access policy don't make sense for recent HD channel addition. they are looting from both side . conflicting there own policy to watch channels . we can sue for them for HD access policy

you must watch SPHD without HD access policy . coz it's special channel according to them .
ten hd should be automatically added if u have ten sport or ten HD SD channel .
or remove stupid HD access Policy
somebody sue tata sky for this . even consumer forum provide justice to individual . i m ready to pay some donation who sue for TS
